Schedule : 11 - 14 October 2003 Venue : Lang Suan, Chumphon Along with other places around the nation, local people in this district are handed down this age-old tradition of the Buddha image procession and long-tailed boat race. Like other folks in Thailand, locals here celebrate the return of the Lord Buddha from heaven after spending 3 months preaching his mother. Tak Bat Devo (food offering to the monks) is also part of event. Tourism Authority
