The Chompoo's A Fruity Beauty Rose Apple Festival which also features "The Best of Petchburi" recognises the Petchburi rose apple as being one of the province's best products and acknowledges the success of the province's rose apple growers. The festival presents an opportunity for the many varieties of the Petchburi rose apple or "chompoo", as the fruit is called in Thai, to be promoted. In addition to the famous Petchburi rose apple, there will also be a selection of other fruits including the fragrant "Gluay Horm" strain of banana, limes and mangoes.
